Subscription Support (RiverTrends Pro)

RiverTrends Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchase.

  • To restore your subscription in the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases.
  • To manage or cancel your subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings: Manage Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation and renewal are managed by Apple through your Apple ID, not directly by RiverTrends.

Notifications

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
  • In RiverTrends, open Alerts settings and enable the sources you want to follow.
  • If alerts stop arriving, reopen the app and check your notification permissions.

Reader Mode / Article Loading

  • Some publisher pages may block Reader Mode or load slowly depending on the source site.
  • If an article doesn’t load, try reopening it from the feed after refreshing.
